TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

There is nothing so powerful as a story. Through story, we learn what we can be, what we should be, what we must not do. Stories are better than sermons, better than preachments and petitions to do and act better. They are the most powerful way for us to learn the most important lessons of life.

Born Grown is, at its core, a story. It is an incredible autobiographical story of overcoming by a woman who has seen and experienced just about everything. It is filled with hard lessons served in excruciating and compelling detail, but it is also suffused with hope that anyone that believes can have a better life. Hope that extends as far as--and beyond--the grave.

Born Grown will sell because of its author, Minister Mary Edwards. She tells her story frankly and courageously. More importantly, she is a sought-after speaker who engages audiences with her message of hope. One of the most effective ways to sell books is to speak, especially when the message is as powerful as this. Mary is also connected to numerous ministry and writing groups through which the book can be marketed. Her national connections as a "Chicken Soup" book author will serve as an effective marketing outlet as well. She is an extremely aggressive marketer and will work very hard sell her books.
